Pros

- Lovely team to work with, super supportive. - Great work-life balance compared to other tech companies - Challenging work that is helping me grow in unexpected ways (learning to code!) - Sweet massage room, beverage machine with flavours, vitamins, electrolytes, carbonation - Fun events/sports teams (yearly Oktoberfest, drop-in volleyball) - Flexible working hours / unlimited sick days

Cons

- Recently announced a plan for full RTO (but personally I like coming in so not a big deal).

Pros

Managers are quite relaxed. Flexibility in working hours which is good if you have kids etc.

Cons

Outdated systems, not much room to excel. Very low pay for the amount of work you will do. Organisation as a whole needs better organisation skills with finances and onboarding.

Pros

I worked for a company that was bought out by OpenText and got to work with those colleagues majority of the time, however I left 8months after the acquisition as it was a bad environment which was the message also from C level senior management.

Cons

1. You are treated as number, poor senior management engagement. 2. No trust with upper management - insane level of approvals for a simple task required by CEO - this reflects lack of trust and a controlling CEO. 3. Poor management and little strategic direction provided, apart from numerous M&A's and churning businesses over. 4. Numerous round of redundancies - but not always handled well. 5. Uneasy working environment 6. Unacceptable work life balance and working expectations 7. 'Collaborative working' - bums on seat/micro-managing 8. No career opportunities 9. Poor compensation compared to other companies The list could go on, but I would never recommend anyone to work there.
