      Good pay, good benefits, friendly co workers, some friendly managers,

      People were promoted who were liked by management, a lot of favoritism, people were also promoted who knew the management for many years and if you were there from the beginning when they opened up as OTR they were placed into management positions. One team lead in particular was rude to everyone and she had so many complaints on how she treated people nothing was done from HR about her because she was a FAVORITE and she was able to get away with it because she was liked by one manager in particular.       Optima Tax Relief has a high turnover rate with employees, people are constantly being hired and fired quick...most people live in constant anxiety about getting fired...the only exception is the management and their close buddies but everyone else is fair game. Most of the good recent reviews you see were posted within a week of each other and extremely vague, that's suspicious

      Good central location in the O.C., nice coworkers

      Cons

      Almost everyone here spends there free time trying to find another job! There is no room for growths and raises. They just hire people and hten get rid of them and then hire again. Also a lot of micromanagement! I feel bad for the customers too.
