good benefits. Nice coworkers. Clean place sort of.

Cons

Low pay. No respect from upper management. Work your butt off and get a raise that won't even come close to inflation. Can not think about buying a home or even a reliable car to get to work because P.T.A. spends more on drinks and parties for the close knit friends of upper management and the sports fans get much better treatment and rewards than the people that do just as much work,but not in the click. And yes sexual harassment runs wild especially with mid to upper level management.
