      Management is invested in staff professional development and growth. The work culture is positive and supportive. The staff has a strength-based approach and focuses on building one another. The administration is committed to empowering staff and harnessing their talents.

      Several programs are contract based which have an end date. There are other programs available to apply for. They do their best to keep staff on-board.
