      Toxic Work Environment and Poor Leadership

      Pros

      The staff are kind and passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Top-down management style, no in-house HR to hold leadership accountable. CEO yells and talks down to staff. Didn't last more than a week before I was suddenly let go without any feedback or a performance evaluation.

      There are no pros here. Zero support. They throw you to the wolves to do your work alone. Zero availability.

      1) Condescending managrment 2) Constantly cancel meetings 3) No real passion for helping people 4) Minimize employees 5) Never purchase office supplies
