      Hard to think of any.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Management keeps making bad business decisions, then when things don't go well, they freeze salary increases. Senior leadership keeps enriching themselves with zero consideration for the staff unless you work in sales.

      There are no Pros in working with Partners Personnel

      Cons

      Hire on Sales Managers, take your book of business, have you sign non-compete, offer great base and guaranteed commission, let you sign on new clients, then once your book in entered in to their system, they eliminate your position. Most unethical practice I have been a part of. I have been in the workforce for over 35 years.

      It’s about who you know. Your success will not be measured by your skill set, expertise or knowledge. It’s measured by how good you make your superiors look. The moment you realize how unethical this company is please understand there is no one you can turn to.
