Pay is low for factory work. Benefits are not as good as they could be for a company this size. I have worked for a company with less than 100 employees that had better benefits. Most weeks they want you clocked out before you have 40 hours so they don’t have to pay you OT. In the summer the factory is so hot it can be dangerous. They promise you certifications, then delay your training. They close down the factory for holidays and employees are unpaid for them. You only get 1 week paid vacation. Many employees have to have a 2nd job to afford to live. If they do allow OT you will have to come in for 1/2 days 2 days instead of 1 full day. Managers are always too busy to even meet for performance reviews. People start at $18 and hour then work for 3 years to make $19.25 an hour when you get good reviews. Managers like to micro manage.
