Incompetent management from the team leads, quality assurance specialist to the operations managers. They show favoritism, they're unprofessional, they do nothing to assist in keeping team moral upbeat. When technical business related issues are brought to their attention they pretend to advocate for the analyst but nothing ever changes. Pay is minimal no competitive in today's market.
