Pros

They have a good ESOP program.

Cons

I've been employed at this company for six years, and unfortunately, my experience has been profoundly disappointing. The management seems to prioritize their family members over the well-being of other employees. Upper management’s son has repeatedly been involved in sexual harassment incidents, yet these claims are consistently swept under the rug or dismissed with excuses like “boys will be boys.” When I reported inappropriate behavior, supported by a witness, I found that previous complaints had conveniently disappeared from the records. The responses I received from HR were dismissive, often blaming the victims instead of addressing the real issue. Questions like, "Have you tried telling him not to touch you?" are indicative of a culture that fails to take harassment seriously. Even after the harasser was written up twice, his behavior continued unchecked. When I expressed my ongoing discomfort, HR prioritized his comfort, suggesting that he should not be inconvenienced by his disciplinary record. This attitude shows a blatant disregard for victims’ rights and feelings. This company desperately needs a management overhaul to ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all employees, regardless of their connections. I would not recommend working for or supporting this company until significant changes are made to address these serious issues.

Toxic environment

Pros

A few people are decent other than that nothing positive.

Cons

Full of fake people, very clicky environment, lots playing favorites. Raises are pennies and reviews are a joke. They are very unreasonable if you miss any time even if it's minimal time and unless you work there for 10 + years you don't get any sick days. Vacation time is a joke. The office staff is full of people who are really quick to throw you under the bus if it makes them look good even for 5 minutes. Little to no room for growth.

Most people are nice. Work isn't difficult. Benefits are decent.

Not enough communication. Rampant favoritism. Not great pay or raises. Management doesn't listen. HR doesn't care. High turnover.
