      Pros

      Nice people, above average pay, internal promoting big plus, cross-training available, definitely what you put in with good attitude you get back. Well worth working for :)

      Cons

      Can have slow times that get boring while waiting for work. This is really minor.

      They pay decently well, can be flexible with schedules in regards to children in daycare

      Cons

      Most of supervisory staff has been with the company so long, the work environment can become less than productive if you get too involved with certain groups. A lot of interpersonal life tangles if you fall in with the wrong clique, It's like high school and nobody cares because they're all too busy gossiping about their employees.
