      Pros

      Great pay! Lots of room for advancement! Work life balance! Always striving to take better care of their people!! Family atmosphere! Fun, fast paced, exciting!!

      Cons

      The only downside for me is that I love my job/store so much...I never want to leave!! Lol!

      General Manager not a good position here

      Pros

      About average pay, decent benefits though expensive, great place to work if you don't have a family especially kids. Sure GM conference you go to a fancy expensive resort, get expensive free things, free food and special perks.

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance, HR and regional manager will bully you trying to get you to quit when they want to hire people at lower pay, there are no consistent weekends off, you will be on call 24/7, you will have little budget so forget about being fully staffed, you will lose your mind working for this company. You will always be over budget if you want to get stuff done and eventually go home (to sleep)

      Used to be a great place to work

      Pros

      Busy, very fast paced environment , you get to meet great customers. It used to be a great place to advance and grow.

      Cons

      Not given nearly enough labor to run a business. Too many things that your bonus is based on that are out of your control. Can't take care of guests when you are running a cash register for half of your day and trying to complete your management duties the other half. Long hours and little appreciation from supervisors. Benefits are mediocre at best.
