Pros
There is nothing good about this place! The owners, the CEO in particular, are demeaning, abusive, insulting, and appreciate nothing you do because it's never good enough. They have no other corporate experience except for working for the family business, so they don't understand how to motivate people without the use of fear or abuse of power.
Cons
Your professional experience and advice is only valued until it is contrary to what they think. If you speak out against their illegal practices then you are labeled as a "problem" employee. They refuse to give you the tools you need to do your job or make any positive changes. They only know how to blame people. This poisonous culture results in an extensive turnover rate.
