Pros

Work life balance would be the only plus

Cons

You will never have a meaningful increase in pay after being hired. There is no cost of living adjustment and merit based pay raises are only 1-3%. Even with a promotion you are looking below 10% increase. The company is also notoriously cheap foregoing useful tools due to small costs ($20). Expect your skills to stagnate here as there will be no investment in your growth. Leadership is uninspiring and rarely knows what they're doing. Long term thinking is nonexistent and plans change on a dime leaving you lost. Turnover at this level is extremely high as well, many positions have been vacated multiple times.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to address a few things you mentioned in your review. We understand that compensation and benefits are important factors in overall job satisfaction. Our Total Rewards team is continuously evaluating our compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are on trend in the industry. At PlanSource, merit increases are based on performance in role. I can understand wanting to receive more and invite you to speak with your leadership to come up with ideas and solutions. Over the past several years in product & tech in the US, our turnover has been low with stability and career growth being an indicator of a healthy culture. I’d invite you to speak with leadership about tools that you need to perform your job as we are always open to discussing tools to increase efficiency, unless there is a security concern. We are happy to discuss this. I see you are still an active employee and hope you will discuss your concerns with your manager or member of our HR team. We're committed to addressing your concerns and continuing to provide a positive work experience for everyone. Srini, Chief Product & Technology Officer
