Our Total Rewards team is continuously evaluating our compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are on trend in the industry. At PlanSource, merit increases are based on performance in role. I can understand wanting to receive more and invite you to speak with your leadership to come up with ideas and solutions. Over the past several years in product & tech in the US, our turnover has been low with stability and career growth being an indicator of a healthy culture. I’d invite you to speak with leadership about tools that you need to perform your job as we are always open to discussing tools to increase efficiency, unless there is a security concern.
