      Decent money and theyll hire almost anyone

      Cons

      Unsafe. Most supervisors arent reasonable. Understaffed. The place acts as if they own you. You're expected to put the mill as your number 1 priority in your life. It's not a family friendly employer.

      Pros

      Some of the best people to work with that have the drive and ability to make PTPC a better operation.

      Cons

      Some of the worst leadership of any place I have worked. Everything is a knee jerk reaction. Projects are not planned rather just dreamt and implemented simultaneously. Long term thinking is how to get through the week as close to break even as possible.
