Pros
I had a great experience at Praescient. Some of the reviews seem to counter my experience but it may be employees that were let go for poor performance. Praescient excels in creating a team of skilled professionals. I really enjoyed working there and only left because I moved back to Texas to take care of my aging parents. Leadership was great, they were very engaged with my work and I honestly have no complaints. They give guaranteed bonuses every year and their healthcare is terrific. I never paid any deductibles. I got the salary I wanted so no complaints there either. Of course I could always use more, but I wouldn't say salary was low. I was there for two years and it was great. If they had another position for me to work remotely I would take it in a heart beat.
