Pros

Had a series of unfortunate events occur one year and they were very understanding and expressed concern for my well-being. Very easy to work with HR department and direct supervisor around these issues. No micromanagement -- I was entrusted with my task and as long as the customer was happy, nobody bothered me.

Cons

Just slightly more feedback from management would have been helpful -- even just to say you're on the right track and keep up the good work. I only left due to contract complications beyond anyone's control.

Pros

You can work remote. Most people are nice.

Cons

The company has a history of laying off employees, leading to job insecurity and a lack of long-term career stability. Even after they make you go thru a security clearance process. Salary is on the low side. Employees affected by external disasters, such as hurricanes, may feel unsupported, as the company does not provide adequate assistance during such critical times. They act as if they do but they do not offer anything. Inconsistent or insufficient communication regarding layoffs or disaster response can leave employees feeling uncertain or unprepared. If the company doesn’t have strong policies or programs in place to help those affected by natural disasters, it can lead to frustration among employees who need support. Focus on Cost-Cutting: The company's emphasis on layoffs to reduce costs may harm employee morale and hinder long-term growth and job satisfaction. Minimal Career Development or Retraining: With layoffs being frequent, there may be little investment in employee growth, reskilling, or career advancement, leaving workers feeling stagnant. Employees may feel that the company prioritizes financials over employee welfare, especially in times of personal hardship like after a natural disaster. If you still work here, I would start looking for a better place.

I have grown so much while working here and enjoy our mission. They provide ample training and it feels like a family when working together even while working remotely.

Cons

Any issues have been addressed with management and handled appropriately and respectfully.
