      Pros

      Most employees are very competent but not so friendly. Corporate culture is below average.

      Cons

      GM was terrible but just left. Hopefully culture improves after he leaves. Work hours were extremely over the 40-hour work week.

      Pros

      PCC has wonderful benefits, generous salaries and I love the people. Everyone I have spoken with has worked for the company for 10+ years. There is so much chance for advancement and engagement.

      Cons

      Although I receive 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of PTO, I really wish it was 3 weeks of vacation.
