Overall there is potential to grow quickly in the company after graduating the Management Development Program which is great

Cons

The hours are hectic as one is expected to work 50-60 hours a week and come in on weekends sometimes. Overall the training during the rotation is not the best as they properly train you and have high expecations after 5 months when you become the superviosr for your department

Ton of responsibility for a first job, you will learn a lot about leading teams

Cons

Moving locations can be stressful. Many of the locations are old, dirty, and greasy. The people you will be supervising aren't always the most pleasant. Definitely not paid enough for what they ask of you. Literally 0 dollar bonus. Got a $50 gift card to a grocery store...
