      No bossy culture. Management takes the opinion from employees often and try to improve from the feedback given. An employee has 48 leaves(earned/casual/sick/birthday) per annum.

      Cons

      Compensation might not be on par with the market standards, but this could be due to the volatility in the market during the last 2 years.
