      Head(s) of HR needs to learn how to lead better!

      Pros

      Nice office, nice teammates! Hard to think of anymore pros.

      Cons

      Head of HR treats you as if you’re stupid. You’re expected to do things that have never been discussed in the interview process or your day today. They ask you if you’ve done some thing that’s completely out of the blue and not usually in your typical day-to-day tasks but never talked ahead of time to get it done. Therefore you’re left looking like you didn’t do your job correctly or at all. I see this role as a lose-lose.

      Pros

      -Good Work/life Balance. - Lot of corporate BS

      Cons

      - Shady hiring and firing practices (Outsourced jobs and waited to tell everyone so the company was not affected) -Unqualified High Level folks. -Shady money and practices - Head of HR should not have that position. - Lot of talk of diversity but it's all white men (Who did not earn their jobs) in charge and all the POC hires were for call center (Which they outsourced) They drug test to be hired but don't drug test C-Suite hires.

      Some decency. The location was a good area.

      Cons

      Impractical. Speaking to employers from management wasn’t professional. Some name calling & inappropriate work office conversations. Quick turnover.
