      Pros

      The people I worked with were the most amazing people. They truly care about each other and make it a wonderful place to go to work every day.

      Cons

      Family owned company does not care for their employees. Horrible health insurance, won’t cover employees spouse or children or step children, No pto for the first year. No benefits for 90 days We were told we are not allowed to take any vacation from October 2019 through January 2020. So no time with your family for the holidays if they don’t live where you live. No bonuses. The owners are the greediest people. Send out emails every month about record months earnings but no bonus and small raises.

      Growth within the company. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      No company match 401k. Health insurance is terrible. Corporate management does not deal with the internal computer system. Corporate employees are useless. Management is expected to work on call weekends, using personal vehicle.

      Good amount of PTO after 1 year employment. Health Insurance is ok. Lots of advancement opportunities and great perks Once you reach management.

      Cons

      Very busy fast paced work environment with demanding customers. Can feel very unappreciated by customers at times.
