Pros

There are some good co-workers that were willing to teach you. Pays is ok.

Cons

Benefits not good. Get shafted into positions you wont like. Very little training. Management is not the best.

Pros

A few good people to work with. Pay was fair for a entry level employee, unfortunately it wasn't enough for me to stay in such a horrible place.

Cons

Not enough employees, over worked and under appreciated. No work life balance, forced you to work nights and weekends. CEO would ream people out on a daily bases, made coming to work extremely difficult. Management was terrible. Although there was some good people, there was too many rude, careless people, who only cared about themselves. Little to no training, had to learn on my own, and asking questions was a burden to my manager, whom acted like she wasn't my manager. I saw too many good people treated so poorly. It's a terrible place to work. Stay away from the Streamwood Illinois location. Health care is also a joke.
