My experience felt extremely inconsistent with what was described during the hiring process. The role was presented as structured, supportive, and full-time, but the reality was a rushed, unclear training process where the expectations changed daily. We were told to arrive early each morning for what was described as full-day training, but much of the time we were either sent home early, left waiting, or told to study scripts on our own with little direction.
The biggest red flag for me was how pay was handled. I submitted the direct deposit documentation exactly as requested, but payroll did not set it up correctly. My first check was never deposited, and I was not informed that it was being held in the office. This created unnecessary stress and delays in receiving wages for mandatory training hours. For anyone depending on that pay, this would be a serious issue.
The actual job expectations also felt very different from how the position was sold during the interview. The emphasis seemed to be on fast production rather than proper training, and the overall communication around responsibilities, pay, and scheduling was unclear. It’s the kind of situation where new hires can easily feel blindsided or misled.
If you’re considering this company, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about daily schedule, true paid hours, payroll setup, and what the job actually looks like beyond the sales pitch. My experience was not what I was expecting, and I wish I had known these things beforehand.
