Pros

I’m retiring here—no question. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever been a part of. The culture, the opportunity, the leadership… it’s different. Cam is one of one—genuine, inspiring, and the kind of leader who really pours into people and brings the best out of you. I thank God every day for being here and having leadership like this in front of me.

Cons

They hold you accountable and don’t accept excuses.

Pros

amazing people, until you leave and they never want to talk to you again.

Cons

they take advantage of your time and kindness. there is also a lot of favoritism going on in this establishment. you make one tiny mistake and you’re hated by the rest of the trainers and management. if you don’t have a good week you’re not trying hard enough. but most importantly, they say “all expense paid travel” meaning the money you’re supposed to make on that trip is actually going towards the funds for the road trip. you will wake up tired, drained and exhausted. physically and mentally. if you don’t work 6 days a week then you’re not working hard enough. if you call out sick then you don’t want the “opportunity” bad enough. it all is a meticulous mind game that you will never figure out unless you fall for the brainwashing the first day. i would honestly save yourself the headache and the anxiety of it all when there is so much out there than a legalized pyramid scheme luring in naive fresh out of college graduates trying to make a name for themselves. and i’d you’re still considered the job. look up “Slave Circle” on youtube and then make your final decision on joining the company.
