Pros

Very nice people overall but was VERY mislead

Cons

The turnover rate for rad marketing agency or resolve management (same thing) is probably around 90 percent. You will be selling phones at costco and getting paid minimum wage. Also not promised 40 hours a week. There is no marketing involved. You may as well be working at the AT&T store. In order to make more than minimum wage you need to get “promoted” and then start recruiting other people (pyramid scheme). The way you make more money is buy bringing in more people. They will literally hire anyone because once people realize what the job is they realize they might as well be working at their local grocery store. I think this business is extremely unethical and you need to start being honest with people you are hiring. This is direct face to face selling at costco not marketing. This is NOT a corporate office job.

Reviewer, We are sorry that you feel as if you were misled. We assure you that we are a marketing firm, but perhaps not to the extent that you thought of as corporate marketing where you are presenting advertising and marketing concepts to a board for approval and discussions. There are actually many different facets of marketing. With us it deals with market for clients within a face to face capacity. Furthermore, we focus on more than just the entry level position but also growth and opportunity beyond that. You are definitely right this not a corporate office job or a typical 9-5 and we do not pretend that it is. We are happy to be unique and offer different options in addition to accelerated growth opportunity beyond what is usually expected. You are not promised 40 hours a week that is true all employees sign digital documents agreeing to pay structure and compensation but hours are earned. Most companies won't start entry level employees out at full time until they can prove that they can do the job for a few weeks beyond training and the same goes for us. Again, we are sorry that you feel you were misled by the role we will look into our ad postings to ensure full transparency, but we also encourage you to do more research going into a prospective position beyond your initial perceptions. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best of luck on your job search.

Pyramid Scheme!

Pros

Morning meetings are positive and always get the day started in a good way. They meet in the we work buildings Good culture. Very inclusive.

Cons

Everything else. This isn’t marketing. It’s literally selling jacuzzi and bath renovation packages at COSTCO. If you get a lead you don’t get any of the money, Susan does. You get your hourly and that’s it. THIS IS A PYRAMID SCHEME. In order to even go inside of the we work office , you have to wait for susan or a trainer to go down the elevators and bring you up. So you’re waiting for like 5 minutes in the heat, whether you are on time or running late. No transportation/car provided - you will be driving to a Costco in Chandler one day, and in Phoenix the next, and Mesa the following. No gas reimbursement either. You are on your feet ALL DAY. Just standing in Costco from 9am-5pm. For my last check Susan didn’t even pay me the full amount of hours I worked. Look at their Instagram. There’s about 3 familiar faces at that’s it. Everyone else is a constant rotation of quoting employees. I would NEVER recommend this job to anyone.

Dear Reviewer, First off, we appreciate that you loved the culture and found it very inclusive all though that seems a bit counterintuitive from your next statements, but we appreciate it nonetheless. As far as pay, there is a guaranteed hourly pay or commissions the employee receives whichever is higher, ie if you got one lead as you mentioned and worked 20 or 30 hours let's say, you wouldn't receive the one lead compensation you'd receive your hourly luckily, right? We apologize that you were confused about the compensation structure, we do explain it thoroughly throughout the interview process and during orientation and beyond as well as send out digital documents laying it out for every employee to review and consent to as well. Yes there is hard work put forth in the role, we understand that is part of it. As far as this being an illegal pyramid scheme, nothing you're stating actually makes it that. It just seems as if the role was not for you and that is okay. We appreciate you sharing you experience and we wish you the best of luck on your job search.

Pros

Good company culture and atmosphere

Cons

BEWARE. This is an "agency" that operates under the corporate umbrellas of Direct Selling Corporations like Smart Circle and DS-Max. They promise fast tracks to executive level positions, good pay, great and fun opportunities, growth, etc. In reality, you're basically signing up to stand in a retail store selling phone plans all day with minimal pay and growth opportunity. They deceive you into believing that you'll achieve all the great things they have and that you'll make it so far, but in reality, you're not even making an hourly wage. They don't care about your skills or experience, rather during the interview process, they are practically selling this "great" position to you. This is a retail sales associate position, you are not on the marketing team or heading into a direction for promised advancement. Definitely do your research before and make sure you're making the right choice. This is a very deceptive and non-transparent way of promoting a job title.

Dear Reviewer, We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the culture and atmosphere present here. First, we are unsure on what you are referring to as far as a corporate "umbrella" company. We are an independently operating firm. The growth that is offered here is real, we have promoted multiple individuals into leadership and executive roles, this month alone. We are transparent about the work put it in and the fact that not everyone achieves this, but yes it is certainly possible for everyone willing to put forth the effort and consistently to the right things. As far as pay, all employees sign digital documents agreeing to the compensation of which is above minimum wage, we would not legally be able to operate without paying our employees minimum wage or above. We agree with you, we do recommend doing your research before applying to the role and basing things in fact before making accusations. All are good practices. Thank you for sharing and we wish you the best of luck on your job search.
