Pros

1. Good pay 2. Hard-working colleagues

Cons

There are many but here are the top two: 1. Incompetent leadership - Questionable decisions in terms of operational and GTM strategy. ICs are overwhelmed with unrealistic expectations in terms of workload; you could work 24/7 and still never be caught up. Impact: most of the top performers have left, and the ones who remain have little work-life balance. 2. Nepotism Culture - Promotions/opportunities are not merit-based. People who get rewarded are those with personal connections to leadership or those who can kiss the most a**. Impact: don't expect to get promoted based off of performance.

Pros

My colleagues were very dedicated. Everyone pushed themselves as hard as possible just to get work out on time.

- Projects arrive suddenly with no warning or preparation - Expectations to deliver within just a few days regardless of complexity - Lack of clear direction or briefing before deadlines are set - Constant high pressure with unrealistic turnaround times - Work environment feels chaotic and unstructured - Stress levels are consistently overwhelming and exhausting - Conditions feel unreasonable and unsustainable over time
