      Pros

      EXCELLENT benefits available. Good food served in cafeteria. A large number of volunteers helping.

      Cons

      Employees have a cut-throat attitude due to being micro-managed, additional duties and responsibilities, and lack of respect from management. This hospital is extremely top-heavy with Managers and Senior Management employees. You have to be accepted by certain employees to survive...there are very click-ie groups composed of employees protected by management.

      Competitive pay and benefits, great doctors.

      Cons

      It was a great hospital when I started 12 years ago in this hospital. It is now so much different, always understaffed and no longer safe to work. It needs a new management to turn this place around to a safe place to bring patients.

      Coworkers are very nice and supportive besides upper management of course

      Cons

      Unorganized and threatens you with write ups if you are not willing to go over ratio. Big no-no for me. And of course will not hire more staff to help which is the biggest issue.
