Pros

The lunch room staff. Seriously.

Cons

Where do I even begin with Bosch. From start to finish I should have seen the red flags and started running, the customer support team has no clue what they’re doing. My training was all over the place and my direct manager had zero presence. Her manager was running the departments with team leads that were so unprofessional it completely blew my mind. We had one TL dropping inappropriate jokes about her sexual orientation, one TL who didn’t know how to keep her cool and another who decided it was a good idea to talk about me in Spanish to my peer directly behind me. I’ve had so many incidents where she was being so rude I finally decided to go to my manager and she told HR about it and apparently that is were I went wrong, then shockingly a few weeks later before my 90 days were up I was let go because their reason was I wasn’t progressing as fast as they wanted and they didn’t have the power to train me but there was zero talk of me under performing at my first one on one that was 2 weeks prior...I never missed a single day of work, was encouraged to ask questions but when I did management would treat me as if I was bothering them. I wish I could say I’m kidding. And I’m not the first case of this happening, getting let go after speaking out against management but the other person, they were smart and actually filed a lawsuit against Bosch and won. Unless you have a close relationship with management, you have no job security. No one should ever go through this, they don’t even pay you enough to deal with that kind of stress.

Once a good place to work but not anymore

Pros

It was once a great place with a nice environment

Cons

Sadly good people keep leaving as the environment has gone from great to bad to worse. Even new people leave right away now! Plus we used to have wonderful cubicles with walls and privacy and peace and quiet so we could work. NOW they took away all of our space, walls and quiet. We have tiny little tables with no room at all to breathe let alone work. No walls, no privacy. Nobody can focus as people walk by on all sides non-stop and there is endless talking and noise non-stop making work impossible! And it seems that the areas around us have no work to do as they talk and laugh and yes eat all day long everyday making it impossible for those of us who actually work to do our jobs. And as we work they get rewarded with food! While we got nothing. Plus they would talk over us on one side of our little tables to people behind us! Worst environment we have ever seen! As even one Supervisor said "We went from Riches to Rags". What next will they take away the tiny tables and chairs and make people work on the floor! Everyone hates the new so-called work stations but when they say so they get in trouble so now people keep it to themselves or to others as all feel the same which is why many left and more are too follow

Pros

Good vacation policy and health benefits. There are a lot of good people that work here.

Cons

Below average salary. Boys club mentality. Very few women are in upper management. Too many side projects and meetings and never able to get to do daily tasks. German co-workers get preferential treatment.
