Pros

Some of the best benefits out there, and you get to work among a really nice group of people. It is a large company that is still growing exponentially with more new hires each year.

Cons

I don't see any downsides of working here.

Pros

There are some amazing people, but they are few and far between and definitely not in management. ESOP is the only other Pro.

Cons

Nepotism, good ol' boy clubs, cliques, micro management, bullying, sexual harassment, management gossips about their direct report's personal business, management expects you to sacrifice your time in order to "prove yourself" or "make a name for yourself". There are no standards and every project manager does everything different. There's no genuine people in management, not people that care about anyone other than themselves. Managers dump all the work onto their APM's and PA's and then get frustrated when there's a backlog, meanwhile they spend most the day gossiping and bullying their coworkers and trade partners.

Pros

Good insurance and retirement option. If you want a job doing Revit or some Autocad work, that's easy, then this is the place for you. Work only two hours a day, and then whatever else you want after that. Nobody cares or pays attention to the BIM department, which is overseen remotely by field electricians who have little knowledge of how to make a computer turn on, much less anything about modeling. And local management is just as clueless, so they won't bother you either.

Cons

None - best place to work and not give a care
