Pros

The work life balance isn't bad, although it has gotten worse recently. There is good engineering talent here to work with despite a poor engineering culture.

Cons

It's a culture of visibility more than a culture of achievement. The pay structure is also really bad now after the acquisition, which I would imagine is intentional. So as people's initial grants run out they leave.

Pros

* Performance is rated by output and accomplishments * Flexibility in how to approach work, as long as you've achieving good results * Fun office space with dogs and lots of fun cross org events

Cons

Currently privately owned by Blackstone. They have kept their distance so far and enabled our very competent management team to do good work, but I'm not sure that will continue indefinitely, when they are ready to sell.

Pros

- Great work/life balance - Interesting problems to solve - Strong leadership - Good benefits (parental, pet PTO, lifestyle funds, flexible PTO, etc.)

Cons

- Compensation is fair, but could be better to attract top talent - Difficulty navigating time zones for international team collaboration
