1) Lack of management clarity is very evident. Programs keep changing or getting cancelled. People get fired and hired very fast
2) Poor quality of HR team. The entire HR team should be revamped, they are cost driven and do not understand value of benefits. No paternity leave and no sick time off, this is 2015 not 90s. Other companies are offering unlimited vacations and SanDisk does not offer new Dad's time-off. People do not become parents every 6 months management. It is a 1-2 times during your entire employment when someone would become a Dad, give folks at least 2 weeks of free time-off.
3) SanDisk is known for multiple hierarchy, they discovered the use of roman numerals to the best. Listen to this, we have Program Manager I, Program Manager II, ......up to Program Manager V before you are made a Sr. Program Manager.
