Pros

Lots of time off from low patient census. Nice benefits, family costs under $200/month and small copays.

Cons

Management is NOT supportive, small hospital, poor charting system, frequent mistakes, lots of new grad RN's without experience and without support, low pay with minimal raises, would not trust this hospital to care for my family. Some nurses are amazingly wonderful, others very much like high school cliques and snobby. Huge turnover, hire and as soon as employees can, they leave. That says something about the company.

Pros

Salary, 4-day workweek with 5th day administrative, patients, co-workers

Cons

Culture of suppression, many "unwritten" rules about what can be spoken of Have fired and/or harassed employees to leave if the employee(s) are considered to be negative Management does not let the truth effect what they will state is the truth Keep incompetent individuals employed due to no apparent reason other than "liked" by senior management
