      They will use you and lay you off the instant they have a bad quarter.

      Excellent Workplace with a Supportive Global Environment

      Cons

      As with any global company, coordinating across time zones can be a challenge. Always room for even more innovation and new ideas.

      Excellent place to work with

      Pros

      What makes the workplace excellent are people and the company culture. People I enjoy working with are very cooperative and willing to help. I feel unity in pursuit of a common goal. My work is a lot task-based, so I have flexibility in choosing my work hours, which I greatly appreciate. Hard work is noticed, appreciated, and well-rewarded. There are a lot of opportunities to bring your ideas and implement them.

      Cons

      Honestly, it is hard for me to find any cons. I'm pretty happy working with SentinelOne. Sometimes there are so many things to do that days are too short, but this is normal for hyper-growing companies. And would like to underscore that It's not management that forces me to work long and hard. This is my choice because I strongly believe hard work will bring good results.
