Pros

Promotions are common, but mainly because turnover is extremely high.

Cons

Turnover is above 100% in some parts of the business. RIFs are frequent, and workloads are tripled for those who remain. Very stressful environment with constant pressure and little support. Concerns with professionalism inside HR that multiple employees made comments but no action was taken. Keep in mind, some of the “positive” reviews appear to come from employees requested to leave feedback and are not authentic. Workplace politics dominate, senior leaders promote favorites over higher-performing, more qualified employees. Inappropriate behavior among high-level leadership was widely known but ignored. There were repeated comments about race and gender from senior leadership that were inappropriate during hiring discussions. The CEO is largely absent and provides little to no communication. Big decisions are often made with little logic or explanation. The sales process is deeply flawed and costs the company a SIGNIFICANT amount of money. General Managers have essentially no control over their centers and function more like puppets. This is an extremely toxic workplace, and I strongly do not recommend working here. Leadership often claims in the hiring process, “we just haven’t had the right person in this role before, but you could be the one to make a change.” The reality is that too many ineffective and harmful leaders remain in positions of power, making critical decisions. The environment will drain you, emotionally and personally. You will sacrifice family time you can never get back, and most will regret working here. My honest advice, avoid this company.

If you not a man or one of thier favorites be prepared to be ignored and tossed aside once they have used you up.

Pros

The colleagues I work with are supportive and collaborative. I find my role engaging and appreciate the autonomy I am given. I have benefited from multiple advancement opportunities within my position.

Cons

New Leadership's approach seems to prioritize profit over employee well-being. Continued layoffs and restructuring have created uncertainty. It can be challenging to move up within the company, with few clear pathways for advancement. There have been instances where promised promotions and pay raises were not fulfilled. Favoritism among certain individuals has affected team morale.
