      Started strong but pandemic and sale changed everything

      Pros

      Remote work prior to covid and a lot of emphasis on building a remote community. My colleagues in change management were team players and willing to work hard.

      Cons

      The sale of the organization to Infosys right as the pandemic began came with pay cuts and reduced benefits that lasted well over what other organizations did. Even as we saw profits were increasing and we weren’t in the red and we even started hiring we still were expected to deal With working longer hours for less pay. Morale dropped and company culture took a real hit when it became apparent we didn’t matter. Diversity was also very much lacking and even with all that occurred during the pandemic the company did not take a stand. I experienced some very racist comments from my first month at the organization. Some of the senior consultants who were lauded at company meetings had made disparaging comments about women and middle eastern people.

We would encourage you to immediately report such behavior to HR so proper action can be taken. In regards to pay equity with the help of Infosys, we have implemented an annual pay equity review process to ensure there are checks and balances in place with regard to pay equity within our organization and if any are found, we can address those in kind.

      Best consulting experience hands down

      Pros

      As a woman in technology, this is the first place I feel truly respected and appreciated. I feel this is the first place (aside from government) my gender has not been a hindrance to my career success. We are encouraged and well incentivized to learn new things, get certifications, and utilize our critical thinking skills every day. I’ve been allowed to lead teams with literally zero micromanagement and just do what I do best. I work with some of the smartest and brightest people in the Salesforce ecosystem. Everyone here is a team player and super encouraging, positive, helpful, and just really good people. Not only do I like working with my colleagues, I like their non-professional sides as well - which is equally important.

      Cons

      As in any consulting company, resourcing is always a challenge! Matching up the right skilled people at the right times for the current projects is a struggle, but you will have that in any consulting company.

      Pros

      Independence, possible to shine if you have bare minimum consulting skills

      Cons

      No consulting maturity around process, documentation, or management. Very low quality work is delivered to clients due to a lack of expertise, very high turnover, and poor collaboration with the largest part of the workforce, which is offshore. Executives and middle management are mediocre, but loyal, so that means we're stuck with the same lack of vision. To top it all off, we've been sold out to Infosys, and it's clear no one is happy about that other than the investors. No real diversity unless you count the offshore resources in the Philippines.
