Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that overtime can be challenging, and we are actively working to address staffing shortages so that our team members have a more balanced schedule. Retaining and supporting talented employees is a top priority for us. To that end, we have adopted a strategic plan with several goals focused on employees and staffing, and we are already making progress toward those objectives. Additionally, Skagit 911 welcomed a new Executive Director as of December 1, 2024, who is committed to further improving recruitment, retention, and overall work-life balance for our team. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the benefits we offer and the positive aspects you experienced, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Great paid benefits (medical/dental). State retirement. Annual pay increases. Great PTO benefits. Small tight knit group providing a valuable service to the community. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Not really a con but sometimes because it's a small group of people you can from time to time put in extra hours when the need arises, but your compensated for that.
