Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that overtime can be challenging, and we are actively working to address staffing shortages so that our team members have a more balanced schedule. Retaining and supporting talented employees is a top priority for us.
To that end, we have adopted a strategic plan with several goals focused on employees and staffing, and we are already making progress toward those objectives. Additionally, Skagit 911 welcomed a new Executive Director as of December 1, 2024, who is committed to further improving recruitment, retention, and overall work-life balance for our team.
