      Normal work hours, nice gym and common room, colleagues are easy to work with and are genuinely fun people

      Technology team is on the smaller side, so it's still developing some structures and practices

      Everyone is really friendly Good benefits

      Cons

      CIO doesn't have the experience to lead the team. They rush out deployments and don't spend enough time with testing and getting user feedback. Systems are inconsistent and not thought out. They don't follow proper coding structure, styleguides, or industry standards in regards to software development. CIO also micromanages very badly.
