Pros
1. The teams are great craic, super helpful, supportive, and down-to-earth people. 2. Interesting product and because it's small, you get to learn a lot about the different aspects of the business. 3. Flexible, remote work; managers are very understanding of your needs and work-life balance, and will do their best to meet your needs.
Cons
1. Non-transparent promotion/career progression process. 2. Great chasm between management and dev, and much more bureaucracy then there ought to be in a company that small.
