Work hours extend until 7pm twice a week, 6pm twice a week, Friday is 4pm, a lot of uncontrollable variables

Sometimes changes are not communicated to employees very quickly or clearly, which can cause confusion, and sometimes people in other departments try to tell you what to do without understanding what your job is and without authority to do so.
