Pros

The office that I worked out, was great. Boss and manager were super chill and very understanding when time off was needed and so on.

Cons

Customers were very rude. It was THEIR way or the highway. Literally, all of them

Pros

Really depends on the agent you are working for but mine was pretty flexible with last minute time off and understanding that things happen last minute.

Cons

Our commission structure was terrible. $10 for every auto policy and $20 for every home. The only real money was in life insurance. He did not offer any benefits to full time or part time employees. No room to grow unless you eventually want to own your own State Farm agency

Pros

I was able to bring my pet or let them out during lunch daily and she was heavily focused on buying lunch for everyone.

Cons

The agent in Monona, WI had no aspect of organization. She doesn't assist in training and forgets to pay your salary. She couldn't meet her goal so she took out life policies on everyone who could qualify in the office.
