      Go-getting people and nice facilities. Nice training classes. Good women's network. Nice team mates. Interesting industry. Opportunities to move to different departments.

      Cons

      Poor data managment systems and infrastructure. Management does not provide coaching or developmental encouragement. Job/title requirements unclear. Targets always seem to be moving. Not a technically strong company - predicate based designs from tribal knowledge
