      Pros

      - Everyone at SM is incredibly talented and hard working! - You are able to get lots of experience - The office space is beautiful - Lots of office perks like snacks, parties, etc.

      Cons

      - Growing pains (they are growing fast!) - Poor management (poor communication, managers have little to no management experience or training, me before you mentality, won't take responsibility when things go wrong, keep you out of the loop) - Little to no opportunities for raises/promotions - Cliques and gossip - If you make a complaint or give advice for improvement, don't expect anything to happen.

      Pros

      My team was amazing to work with. They were all hard working and supportive, and my direct supervisor was one of the best I've ever had. She was a mentor and advocate for our team and one of the most hard working people I've ever met.

      Cons

      The upper management was the worst I've ever experienced. Favoritism was blatant and they left our team to drown all while pretending like we could come to us for help. When we did however we were punished and pushed further underwater. This caused people to leave in droves and they still haven't changed there ways. If you like being managed by incompetent sorority girls, this is the place for you.

      I get a paycheck and made great contacts

      Cons

      Management is extremely poor. Lots of gossip and fear to employees. Lots of micromanaging. No desire to improve. If you don’t make friends with the right people, you’ll be left out. Very little support but you are handed way too much work.
