      Cons

      No 401K match, in office 9-6 every day, bare minimum PTO and holidays, a culture of avoiding accountability.

      1. No 401k match. 2. Deteriorating insurance benefits. 3. Lower salary offers for employees without a working visa. 4. Managers initially promise H1B sponsorship but often fail to follow through. 5. Long-term employees may dominate discussions, with workplace yelling being common. 6. Very difficult to get promoted. 7. Yearly bonus is only 1.5k to 2.5k 8. Not everyone has RSU(stock).
