Pros

When I worked there there was competitive pay and benefits. Good at hiring excellent staff. Fun staff events. Good leadership.

Cons

The business product transitioned into a services related product. Not very exciting

Cons

Lack of proper compensation for the job duties, they'll tell you "as assigned" which translates to: here's more responsibility but were not going to compensate you for it. Forced 1:1s even when no issues are present, they make up issues. Forced to attend meetings about absolutely nothing that waste time. and so...SO much more, just don't bother.
