Pros

Trucks are new and governed too slow to crash. They are really hard to tip over with roll stability. They keep you updated with videos on the Qualcom. The latest development is going to be cameras pointed in and out. So if someone hits you, there will be video evidence to exonerate the innocent truck driver.

Cons

Every time they mention the word "Bonus", you know it's just a ploy to make sure you don't quit during a busy time of the year. Truck is governed too slow to beat the 11 hour DOT time limit. They will fire you if you if this happens 3 times. Often 20 hours between loads, so just aruound the time you want to be asleep, you'll be in the middle of a 14 hour trip using the rumble strips for an alarm clock.

Pros

The company is very stable and one of the largest carriers in the US. There's always work to be done for the OTR drivers which means all the miles you want. They hire from within and that's not a joke like other companies who claim to then hire a manager from outside applicants when plenty of qualified people were in the current ranks. drivers experience rapid pay increases if they stick with it. I started at .28/mile and now stand at .36/mi. A considerable amount you can see in your checks. the harder you work, the more you earn in this company, couldn't be more simple

Cons

There is a high employee turnover rate. New drivers don't last long unless they prove to have the necessary patience and tolerance for long periods away from home in the long term. 1 to 3 months seems to be that period. Keep in mind all trucking industry companies are like this. Really consider if you can handle a month or maybe 2 away from home and missing holidays and important events in your childs life before going to drive trucks.

Pros

Plenty of dedicated accounts, offering round trip mileage pay, after 6 months otr experience. Don't complain about stupid stuff, they will notice if your an actual professional or lazy, winey driver. Which accounts for 70% of the drivers. So it's not hard to get noticed for doing things right.

Cons

Crazy sleep schedule sometimes. My mentor was dangerous.
