      - Opportunity to learn a lot as you are given the chance to challenge yourself - Opportunity to work on different projects ranging from model development to deployment and production - Given the chance to switch teams and work with different people on different projects

      Cons

      - The salary is not as competitive as the market - Since team is expanding so fast, there are a lot of chnages in terms of teh management and team structure

      - For a telecom company the culture in the DS teams is more fun and non-hierarchical - Great learning opportunities with free online courses, certifications etc. - Some really strong technical senior team members that can provide good mentorship

      Cons

      - The DS implementation and business adoption is still in early stages, so projects can take awhile before going from POC to actual business policy.
