      Pros

      They are ever growing and encouraging raising through the ranks

      Cons

      Poor compensation, not even fall time managers make a living wage. Over time is mandatory. Being scheduled 50hrs a week is normal. Assistant managers are constantly burned out.

      Emphasis on credit card. Payroll restraints, 5 day truck deliveries. The amount of merchandised forced on to stores.
