Pros

great colleagues, good facilities, always pay on time

Cons

Leadership is lacking and they fired a lot of people recently, leaving a lot of staff overworked. Only a few IT people are actually helpful, but because they are good, they get a lot of things on their plate.

Cons

You decide almost nothing and you will mostly report what your ACM was told from his CCM, You will only be in the middle between bad decisions and agents that will blame with you

Good place to work but...

Pros

Good place to begin as they have a lot of entry-level jobs. Good colleagues. Change to meet people from other countries. Payment on time, meal allowance and performance bonuses. Health and dental insurance for yourself and for spouse and children. Some jobs are fully remote.

Cons

High stress, high pressure and sometimes unachievable targets. Shifts can include nights, weekends, will include holidays. If you're in a managment position you will often find yourself working a lot of extra hours without compensation. You often feel unheard by upper management. Promotions within the company is difficult and often just into management positions. Non-negotiable salaries no matter how long you've been in the company, no actual raises just the rearrangement of bonuses disguised as raise.
