Cons? That’s an appropriate word for this part of the review! The “managers “ only care about their bottom line and how much YOU will kill yourself to line their pockets. The “supervisiors” are the type of person who falls under, if you can't do...teach! The supervisors were told that they had 2 options: 1. Get back on the phones or 2. Take a 3 months severance pay and find a new job! ALL this right after the holiday! AWESOME! As for the “managers” some were demoted from their jobs down to “coaches” while another one was promoted to facility manager, this person btw is dating an agent who has never bonuses in but still gets a paycheck. Crazy huh? If you are looking for an insurance position where you can make money, keep looking! This is NOT the place for YOU! Right before Annual Enrollment this year, they cut the commissions by 61%! DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY THESE PEOPLE LOST OUT ON THIS YEAR??? It was a lot I’ll tell you that! Some agents were fired right before Annual Enrollment began forcing them to flounder to find a job to make ends meet, while others were let go either during or right after! Or before the holiday! Merry Christmas to you! BUT....this company says they are “family oriented” They wouldn’t know family oriented if it reached up and slapped them in the face! If you are not sleeping with a supervisor/manager or know dirt on the company or pending a lawsuit for falling down a flight of stairs you will not make it at TZ. They have complete control of your leads and the states you get leads from, no matter what they try to sell you...and keep in mind, they ARE salesmen! This place is a petridish of insanity and I wouldnt’ recommend a cockroach to take a position at this company! they do not know what teamwork is nor respect of another human being! Please Please Please, heed my warning and seek other employment!
