9yThanks for your review, we run a biweekly payroll and if you started on the Monday of the 1st week then you get paid in the 3rd week once you have finished 2 weeks of work on your timecards. 4 weeks is inaccurate and misleading.
As far as rates for our rates are dictated by our clients, we do not control their budgets and what they would like to pay for it.
